Send work to your clients
without losing the thread.

Share files with your clients, collect their feedback on the work itself, and know what they approved.

Clientroom replaces the download link, the mail thread and the shared folder.

Those three tools each hold a piece of the same job, which is why nobody is sure which version is current or what was agreed. Clientroom keeps the file, the feedback on it and the decision about it together.

Every upload is a version, never an overwrite

A file keeps its name and gathers versions underneath it. The older cut stays where it was, and so does the conversation about it — comments anchor to the version they were left on, so re-uploading never shifts anyone’s feedback.

Pinned feedback

Feedback lands on the exact spot

Clients click the page and leave a pin, so there is no describing which logo on which slide. PDFs and images take pins on the page; audio and video take them at a timestamp, so a note about the music at 1:12 sits at 1:12.

Can the mark sit a touch higher here? It crowds the headline on the printed sheet.

Review

A clear yes or no on each version

Put a version up for review and your client gets two options: approve it, or request changes. Requesting changes asks for at least one comment first, so a no always comes with a reason attached.

macOS app

Clientroom in its own window on your Mac

The same portal, in its own app. Handy when you’re dragging files in all day and would rather not keep your work in a browser tab.

Universal build for Apple silicon and Intel

Common questions

Can I use it yet?

Clientroom is in private beta and opening up to new teams gradually. Leave your email below and we'll let you know when there's room.

Can all client users download files?

No. Each client has their own folder, and the people you invite reach nothing outside it. Downloading and uploading are separate permissions you grant per person.

Can the portal look like my brand?

Yes. Your colours, logo and heading font apply across the portal your clients see, and you get your own address at yourname.clientroom.work.

What can clients comment on?

PDFs and images take pins on the page, audio and video take pins at a timestamp, and everything else gets a plain thread on the file.

Do I need the Mac app?

No, the web app is the whole product. The Mac app is the same thing in its own window, for people who'd rather not keep a tab open.
